We offer our services in Anson, Cabarrus, Catawba, Cleveland, Davidson, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Rowan, Stanley, and Union counties.

Our care team consists of RN's, LPN'S, and CNA'S. All of our caregivers are carefully screened with background checks and skills validation as well as interviewed to assure you the highest quality of care. QHCS provides Case Management and other supports. Case Management of the CAP/C (Community Alternatives Program for Children) program is available in Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and Union counties.

In addition, QHCS provides nursing services for the Union County Public School System.
